BBQ Bean Tacos

Ingredients

  • 2 (15 oz.) cans pinto beans
  • 2 tbs. Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbs. maple syrup
  • 3/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Instructions

  1. Drain both cans of beans. In a large skillet, combine the beans, mustard, maple syrup, ketchup, garlic powder, chili powder, and salt. Heat on low until thickened and warm.

  2. To serve, place the beans in a tortilla, then add whatever toppings you like (lime juice, sour cream, cheese, salsa, cabbage, etc.)
