Hello, world!
It’s been a while. Anyone else ever underestimate how much time for hobbies they would have as a new parent? Ha! But I’m so glad to still have this space to post and connect with you when I can. And naptimes are a great time for that.
The good news is that we’ve still been eating and cooking and exploring food (pictured above is our peanut tofu from last week- yum!), so there are still some things to share. And we recently discovered tuf, a local farm that delivers locally sourced goods right to your doorstep. It’s been a game-changer for our meal planning! #supportlocal
Without further ado, here’s our meal plan for this week:
- BBQ chicken sandwiches, chips and raw veg (I’ll probably cook the chicken in a slow cooker like this)
- Lemon ricotta ravioli and marinara
- Poblano chili from tuf
- Green curry chicken and rice from The Dude Diet cookbook
- Salmon croquettes and salad
- Banana loaf for breakfast and snacking
