Hello, my friends!
We just got a break in the weather, and it’s feeling like fall…finally! Break out all the scarves, hoodies, sweaters and pumpkin things. It’s a wonderful time to celebrate the changing of the seasons.
What’s your favorite way to celebrate fall? My husband’s is Halloween decorations outside and inside of our home. It’s taken me a few years to adjust to this tradition, but I’m getting there. My favorite way to celebrate fall is buying local apples and wearing chunky scarves. I have a collection of probably a dozen-plus scarves and just love when the weather is right to bust them out to jazz up an outfit.
On to the important stuff.
What we’re planning to cook & eat this week
Like I said, we’re getting into the fall weather, so you’ll see that reflected in our meal plan, too!
- Three-Bean Chili with Fritos, fixings and cornbread
- Roasted potato and black bean tacos
- Curry Carrot Soup
- Leftover bolognese pasta
- Coconut Oil Pumpkin Bread for breakfast and snacking (if I have time)
I hope you have a wonderful week filled with tasty bites and time spent with friends and family.
