This Peach Banana Smoothie is coming for you, to make your meal better and healthier!

Smoothies are definitely nothing new, but I find that oftentimes, the classics are just what I need.

For the past few months (since I bought some late-season peaches that were a little mealy and froze them), I’ve been making this Peach Banana Smoothie for my breakfast or quick lunch needs.

Smoothie secrets

Here are a few secrets I use to make my smoothies delicious:

  • Always use frozen banana. It makes every smoothie super creamy and tasty!
  • A little drop of vanilla extract rounds out the flavors.
  • Use any kind of yogurt or milk you prefer. For me, it’s Siggi’s plain and oat milk.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/2 frozen peach
  • 1/4 cup yogurt
  • 1/2 cup oat (or other) milk
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients into the blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
