I know what’s going on with you.
You are feeling positive about the new year. You’re looking forward to checking things off of your to-do list. And you’re starting a diet.
Wait, no…not you?
I certainly hope you haven’t made anyone promises that you can’t keep.
And I hope you haven’t written off all winter comforts, such as lasagna.
That’s because I have an incredible recipe for to share with you today. And no, it isn’t outright healthy, but when shared with friends and paired with a salad, it’s not too bad. It tastes quite comforting and delicious, as well.
It sure was a hit at my New Year’s Eve dinner, anyway. This was the first lasagna I’ve ever made, and now I feel that I’ve conquered the dish (and don’t need many other recipes than this one).
This White Spinach Sausage Lasagna comes from The Kitchn Cookbook, and you really should look into buying this one. It’s become a favorite of mine since I was gifted it last year.
