I hope everyone is at least getting a little bit of extra rest and food.
Today, I’ve got a bonus recipe for you. It’s one that takes those few pesky zucchinis you’ve got laying around and uses them to make a moist and slightly healthy banana bread.
Bonus: It uses coconut oil instead of butter.
Bonus: It’s not too sweet with just 1/2 cup sugar.
Bonus: It would be great for a lazy morning breakfast with a cup of tea or coffee.
