No matter what you’re doing in the summer, I bet you could be in the mood for a nice, refreshing drink.
Even if you’re not “drinking”, there are plenty of things to quench your thirst and help you get into the feeling of summer.
I find that citrus is a key element in that.
That’s why I love my mojitos and limeades, and I just added a new one to the list: Cardamom Limeade.
If you are a fellow lover of Indian and Asian food, you will love this drink. It’s got the tang of lime, refreshing tonic water and that unique taste of cardamom.
I can’t really describe what cardamom tastes like, but I know that I love it.
If you don’t have cardamom on hand, you can buy it ground at many grocery stores or get the whole pods at specialty or ethnic food stores.
