This Veggie Tortilla Soup is all of that and more with lots of veggies (tomatoes, black beans and yellow bellow peppers) in a spicy, flavorful broth.
The spices (cumin, paprika, chili powder and cayenne) really stand out and make it to where I don’t even miss not having chicken in this soup.
