Why buy dates to keep in your pantry?
These Chocolate Peanut Date Bars are a pretty great reason.
Dates are a natural sweetener and have a great sticky texture to help keep snacks together. They’re also a nice snack on their own.
These bars are kind of like a cousin to these 5-ingredient bars but with peanuts instead of almonds and the addition of chocolate.
If you’re looking for a satisfying healthy snack that you can take to work, eat as a healthy dessert or anything else, these are a great option.
Also, since I made these, I have been snacking on the leftover bag of peanuts, which are also delicious.
