This week, we’re exploring new ways to do this crust-sauce-cheese-toppings thing we call pizza.
Classic pizzas are delicious, of course, but sometimes you want a little more of a health/veggie punch in your pizza.
Am I right?!
That’s exactly where this Brussels Sprout Pizza enters the party.
I know what you’re thinking, there’s no bacon on this Brussels Sprout Pizza, and is it okay to eat sprouts without bacon.
And yes, it is. With the crispy dough, softened onions, garlic and Parmesan, you won’t even miss the bacon (though I suppose you cold throw some in the mix if you needed to.)
This pizza comes together quickly and has a light, fresh taste with some simple, well-balanced flavors.
Enjoy!
What’s the most unique vegetable that you’ve ever put on a pizza?
