Simple Saturday: Kale Smoothie

Please don’t be put off by the words kale smoothie.

Because this delicious, healthy, day-starting smoothie also has banana, peanut butter, almond milk and cinnamon.

It’s quite similar to this Green Smoothie but even greener and tastier.

Give some boost to your day with a full glass of this guy.

Here’s how you make it (for 1 person; can be doubled):

1. Blend 1 frozen banana (if you’re using an un-frozen banana, put in a few ice cubes, too), 1/2 cup almond milk, 1/2 cup torn kale (stems removed), 1 tbs. peanut butter and 1/8 tsp. cinnamon in a blender until smooth.
