Today we’re continuing in the spirit of giving with a goody that no one can say no to.
If you can say no to pie, get out.
Just kidding, but I’m fairly certain that anyone you give a pie to will gladly accept it and want to dive a fork into it as soon as possible.
And this pie is absolutely no exception.
Kentucky Derby Pie (a wonderful recipe from my mom’s Kentucky stomping grounds) is filled with everything gooey and delicious (butter, sugar, chocolate chips, pecans) and it comes together in our fabulous Easy Pie Crust.
This pie kind of comes out like a cookie in a crust…and again, who can resist?
