Today, we start with Eggnong Chocolate Chip Cookies.
These cookies turned out better than any other chocolate chip cookie I’ve ever made (I always have a problem getting the texture right) and the hint of seasonal eggnog is just icing on the cake…or the cookie, as it may be.
I think the most important part of this recipe other than eating some right out of the oven is the crucial step of creaming your butter and sugar for 3 minutes. This aerates the cookies and helps them to not spread out and be pancakes that are impossible to get off the pan in one piece. (We’ve all been there, right?!)
Your friends, family and coworkers will love the unique play on the classic chocolate chip cookie and they stay fresh for days.
